@virginmedia Its affecting everything. I only use wireless cause I have no cable for wired connection. Dont expect your money on the 2nd👍🏼 our hub is just constantly flashing green and has been down over an hour and I've tried multiple things. Dont know why I used to big virgin up tbh

@virginmedia Agreed new media tv inter contract inc hubby mob phone unlimited data,text,etc. New agreed dir debit but today old amount still charged no changes have been made as can never sort with billing dept. At home now if someone can phone. Also lodged official complaint today.

@virginmedia Only on the phone!! Whole problem is keep getting left on hold when put through to billing. Now wasted over half a day trying to resolve this. There must be a way someone can sort this surely. Incredibly annoying & not acceptable.

@virginmedia Continually phoning to sort out new agreed payment. 1st person says yes all agreed but then put through to billing & not able to complete, always left on hold every time waiting more than 25mins. Have to put down phone. Happened 6 times now. 😖

@virginmedia worst company I have ever had to deal with, have been waiting now over 2 weeks for my click & collect order and constantly being lied to and told something different on every call. Spent over 8hrs on the phone to different people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Very infuriating call with @virginmedia, who told me they'd look into a complaint within 48 hours, called now to chase up, spoke to a rude call centre staff, who went round in circles for over 25 mins and told me that it's up to 72 hour wait. Could have said that at the start!

@virginmedia All they could advise was booting my PC into safe mode and seeing if that helped the issue. Although they were clearly reading off a script rather than having the actual knowhow as not only did that (as expected) do nothing but I'm having the issue on my phone as well.

@virginmedia At this time I am still in hospital where I have been since dec 18th 2020,and spent the first 6 months in an induced coma after a life saving emergency operation and only my son goes to my house to check on my property and use the internet by the way the box needs replacement

@virginmedia Yes, they gave me some info saying I had been scammed (I have never heard of scammers sending top of the range phones but hey ho). The communication is dire and I need to speak to fraud team but no joy in getting through to them.
